2. Data we process

Through the contact form we may process, depending on what you provide: full name, email address, phone number, company name, message, and preferences about services or portfolio projects.

We do not ask for special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include them in your message unless strictly necessary and with an appropriate legal basis.

We do not use this form to build a marketing mailing list. Your details are used only to respond to your message.

4. Where data is stored

We do not maintain a contact database on this website. When you submit the form, your data is sent by email to our inbox via our email provider. 5. Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for any applicable legal retention periods. If a business relationship follows, additional contractual or legal retention rules may apply.

6. Recipients and processors

We use Resend, Inc. as our email delivery provider (data processor). This may involve international transfers covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses). See their policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We only disclose data when required by law or to fulfil a contract with you.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise them, email info@sabaspages.pt stating which right you wish to exercise and reasonably proving your identity.

8. Complaints

If you believe processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (e.g. in Spain, the AEPD at www.aepd.es).

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 14. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.
